What do you like best about Clueso?
Clueso's support is second to none. There are multiple assets - seemingly online all the time - who are available to explain new features, answer quesitons, and recommend best practices. Additionally, the barrier to entry with this software is low. We've had users who have never touched instructional design churn out professional, useful content with a very short ramp to success.
I appreciate the fact that they introduce new features with training content that lets us implement them quickly.

What do you dislike about Clueso?
Clueso has been great at addressing our concerns- they are very receptive if something doesn't behave as it should, or if a process is more complicated than necessary.

What problems is Clueso solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clueso solves the problem of walking people through a new piece of software, portal, etc when they need to be walked through. Our frontline employees in the fuel terminal and convenience business have stand-up jobs, so getting them to a live training session is very difficult. Training needs to happen on their terms, and Clueso helps us capture the feel of a "live" walkthrough without actually pulling people away from their jobs to do it.
