What do you like best about Conveyor?
Honestly, the Chrome extension is my go-to—no more jumping between tabs to answer questionnaires. The Salesforce and Zendesk integrations pull in customer details automatically, so I’m not double-entering data. The custom approval workflow can be ready in minutes, and Sue (their AI) nails more than 85% of answers on the first try. Plus, the Trust Center is a breeze to use and configure and really helps our customers.

What do you like best about Conveyor?
Conveyor is the best solution I've found for fully automating client online information security assessments. Their browser extension is fantastic - it processes all assessment questions in a single, rapid AI pass, with 90% accuracy or better. Every other solution I evaluated processes the questions one at a time - not nearly as efficient. Conveyor has reduced the amount of time I spend completing client assessments from days down to literally minutes. Conveyor is fast, intuitive, easy to setup, and truly a game changer for me. Conveyor is designed for seamless integration with the leading 7 or so online information security assessment platforms, such as OneTrust and ProcessUnity. However, many other platforms exist. I would like to see Conveyor work more generically with any online platform.
Fortunately, Conveyor has indicated that this very feature is coming later in 2025. The timing for this is excellent, given that companies have moved to these online platforms almost exclusively now.What problems is Conveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Director of IT (and DPO) at TRACOM Group I am responsible for completing privacy and security assessments for new and existing clients. The average number of questions asked on these assessments has increased significantly in the last couple years, making the process even more time consuming. The last 3 online security assessments I completed manually totaled 500 questions and took 3 full days to complete. During my Conveyor trial, using a set of our most common questions and responses, I reworked those same 3 assessments using Conveyor's AI and finished all 3 of them in just ONE HOUR - including review. What do you like best about Conveyor?
We have loved the Trust Center as a go-to for our customers. We really like that all of our documents and Q&As are in one place and only need to be updated once.
Using Conveyor to answer our customer security questionnaire has saved us enough time to replace what we would've taken at least two additional employees to do. We now focus so much more of our time on projects and other work that bring us so much more joy and satisfaction. We enjoy being able to offer the option for customer to submit and get back answers to their own questions and hope that they have enjoyed the time-saving benefits from being able to do that.
