What do you like best about Fellow?
I seriously can’t stop raving about Fellow - it’s hands down one of the best tools I’ve used for managing meetings and staying organized. The interface is sleek and super thoughtful, and while it can feel like a lot at first, the built-in tutorials and guided walkthroughs make learning it a breeze. What could’ve been a steep learning curve is made really approachable. I love how collaborative it is - you can work alongside your team, set managers, and actually share the meeting experience rather than just take notes. Speaking of notes, the AI note-taking feature is my favorite part. It’s shockingly smart - like, it actually gets who’s talking, what the action items are, and even lets you ask questions like “Which of my meetings last week was the longest?” It’s wild. The way Fellow organizes everything is next-level: every meeting is stored in a central library, action items are pulled out and grouped however you want, and you can create templates for recurring meetings. And then the meeting breakdown? Unreal. You get labeled speaker notes, detailed summaries, decisions that were made—it doesn’t miss a thing. Oh, and the analytics? It gives you reports on how well-prepared meetings are, and even breaks down how your calendar is being used. It’s basically like having a super smart meeting assistant that never drops the ball.

What do you dislike about Fellow?
While the interface is gorgeous and feature-packed, it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for people who aren’t super tech-savvy. Even though the in-app support is solid, there’s still a learning curve, and it might take a bit of time to really feel confident navigating everything. Another thing is that sometimes the AI isn’t perfect — like, occasionally it might miss a speaker label or slightly misinterpret an action item, especially if the conversation goes off track or is too fast-paced. Also, the level of organization is amazing if you’re consistent about using it, but if you fall behind on updating templates or reviewing action items, things can start to pile up and feel chaotic. Lastly, the analytics and insights are super useful, but I do wish there were a bit more customization in the reporting options — sometimes it feels like you’re getting a flood of info without being able to tailor it exactly to what you care about most. It’s not flawless, but the pros still FAR, FAR outweigh the cons for me. I would still recommend it to everyone regardless over other tools.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fellow is solving one of my biggest pain points: post-meeting follow-up. I’ve always struggled with staying on top of action items and remembering what was actually discussed once the meeting ends—especially if I’m jumping from one call to another. With Fellow, that stress is basically gone. It completely removes the guesswork and anxiety I used to feel after meetings. The AI-generated notes, action items, and clear summaries make it so easy to see exactly what needs to be done and what decisions were made. I’m no longer stuck wondering, “What did I agree to do?” or scrambling to piece together notes. It keeps everything clear, organized, and actionable, which has made a huge difference in how I manage my time and responsibilities.
