What do you like best about Glean?

- Allows us to run lean after recent layoffs impacted our support team

- Powerful preview text for each search result

- Search results are actually very good from the start, and get better over time

- Filterable search when you start to prioritize some sources over others

What do you dislike about Glean?

- I can't use it for our external support community. Imagine if we found a way to have filtered results that were relevant and appropriate for customers to just Glean stuff for themselves!!

What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a PLG company and offer a free plan. Without a tool like Glean, it would take us easily hours (maybe more) to search through all of our internal knowledge bases and properly answer questions from our free plan users. While we do have a lot of self-serve content, as a B2B SaaS company, you can never get around the niche, very specific questions users will face that just cannot be resolved by 1:many content. Glean helps us find these answers for our free users.
