Hour One

What do you like best about Hour One?
I found it easy to discover more features each time I edited or created a video. I liked how intuitive it is, and the choices of avatars and themes. It rendered the video quite quickly and the shared workspace feature worked great as my colleague could observe the changes I made in real time. I liked the choices I had for the avatars and the cloning of my voice was great. I do hope they allow for more than one cloning of our voices as I tried to re-record to get the avatar to sound more expressive and with less of an American accent, but it was a feature not yet available.
I highly recommend this as a tool to start creating some very polished and professional AI generated videos for your clients. I can't wait to get started on my next one.

What do you dislike about Hour One?
I found the pricing structure a little unclear, I didn't realize how I was billed until I hit a wall for my subscription type. I found it a little disconcerting to have to wait for a zoom meeting to negotiate more time when my client was under a deadline. We would have gladly purchased more time but it wasn't available because the next level up for licensing was "enterprise, contact us". Like other AI toolsets I've used, I prefer to be able to add minutes in various increments to my account so as to not interrupt the workflow. Same complaint for the scene limitation (I hit the maximum for scenes when trying to space out our graphics). Team, however, was responsive and did resolve my problem almost immediately once they knew my issue.

What problems is Hour One solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm relatively proficient in Premiere Pro but Hour One can slice my workflow almost in half by having easy to upload and display features in the videos for using your own media. It is allowing me to offer a new and exciting, customized product to my clients while showcasing the astonishingly user-friendly features that are available.
