What do you like best about Consensus?
Consensus has completely transformed the way I deliver demos during the sales cycle. The ability to build out vision demos, solution previews, and deep-dive processes in a self-guided format saves our team significant time and ensures a consistent message across prospects. The analytics are especially powerful—being able to see who viewed the demo, which sections they spent time on, and how engaged different stakeholders are gives our sales team actionable insights. It’s incredibly easy to customize demos for specific customer needs while maintaining scalability.

What do you dislike about Consensus?
While Consensus is a great platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. There could be more flexibility in terms of customizing the demo experience to allow for a more personable experience. Sometimes the fact that it requires multiple clicks to see the video deters potential customers from watching the videos. Lastly, the initial learning curve for new users can be slightly steep, especially when building complex demo flows, but once you’re up and running, it’s very intuitive.

What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consensus helps us scale our demo process while keeping it personalized for each prospect. Instead of spending hours scheduling and delivering live demos, we can create reusable vision demos, capability overviews, and deep-dive process walkthroughs that prospects can explore on their own time. This frees up valuable presales resources and ensures consistent messaging. The analytics are a game-changer—we can see exactly which stakeholders are engaging with the content, what they care about most, and how far the demo has traveled inside the customer’s organization. This visibility helps our sales team prioritize follow-ups and accelerate the sales cycle.
