What do you like best about Regal.ai?
Regal.io is honestly the best customer service company. They work closely with you to make sure they can fulfill your needs. The spam remediation and call branding work seamlessly. They provide an admin portal to manage and set up new numbers for spam remediation and call branding. They are very responsive: They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have, and they make sure to follow up to ensure you're satisfied with their service.
They are reliable: They consistently deliver high-quality service and meet their commitments on time.
They are professional: They maintain a high level of professionalism in all their interactions with clients, and they are always courteous and respectful. They are knowledgeable: They have deep expertise in their field and can provide valuable insights and advice to help you make informed decisions. What do you dislike about Regal.ai?
The only thing I dislike about regal is that we did not know about them earlier. They are a great company and provides great service. I do not have anything that is negative about the company or the service.

What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our calls were being marked as spam which was negatively impacting our answer rates. Not only has Regal helped us remove those spam flags, but we have also been able to make sure customers know our brand is calling, helping us connect with more customers and improve agent efficiency.
